pregnant with our first girl and we are strongly considering Catherine, which is a family name. We like the nickname Kit more than all the others (Cate, Katie, Cathy) but I’m worried it’s a little cutesy for a future adult, as well as a little trendy/of-the-moment. Would love to hear thoughts, especially from adult Kits, about whether you like the name! We live in NYC and the last name would be alliterative with Kit, two syllables.
