P2P Appeal Review: 8 Days of Incompetence – Special Treatment for Scammer Merchant, Total Injustice for Honest Traders!
Warning to all P2P users! My crypto assets of more 2500+ USDT (valued at €2,000+) have been held hostage for 8 FULL DAYS since June 25th because Customer Support keeps protecting a clear fraudster just because of their "Merchant status."
📌 Case Summary:

1. Forged Document: The buyer uploaded a FAKE payment slip. I provided definitive proof directly from the bank’s Compliance team officially confirming the forgery. Yet, CS acts like blind robots and refuses to make a final decision.
2. Unfair Merchant Bias: Just because the buyer holds a 'Merchant' badge doesn't give them the right to abuse the platform. CS is giving them special treatment and extending deadlines repeatedly on a proven fake slip, which is completely unfair to me. My funds are frozen, causing massive liquidity damage.
