mine was realizing that your first 10 customers will lie to your face and say they love the product just to be nice and you'll build for 6 months based on that feedback before figuring out nobody actually wanted to pay for it😭😭

Bro i just found out PhonePe is putting a quarterly fee on wallets you haven't used in a while like what is this😭😭

you forget about it for a few months and now they're charging you for it. these apps get big and just start doing whatever they want yrr..
