In Le Mort D'arthur is the word "horse" pronounced without a "H" sound?

I'm re-reading Le Mort D'arthur and Arthur says "for grete nede hast thou of an horse". As far as I know the rest of the book has followed the same rule we use today where you say "a" if a word starts with a consonant sound and "an" if a word starts with a vowel sound. So is Arthur pronouncing it like "An orse" without a "H" sound?

How to read Lord El Melloi II Case Files and Fate/Strange Fake without encountering references, plot points and cameos from content I've not engaged with yet

Hi guys! Weird title but I'll try to explain it better here. I'm currently reading through the entire Type-Moon shared setting in release order and have just read the first Lord El Melloi II Case Files novel.

Previously when I've encountered an ongoing work or one where it's run spanned a long time (like Fate/Extra CCC Foxtail) I've just finished the whole work before moving on to the next one, but it is my understanding that Case Files has frequent guest characters and such, so I'd like to make sure I've already encountered such characters in their proper debut before seeing them in Case Files.

To do that is there anything I need to read before continuing Case Files? Does anyone know what novels I should pause Case Files at and start reading other works before making my way back to it? I'm also wondering the same for Strange/Fake, as to my understanding (no spoilers because I don't know the details) it references Case Files so I want to know if I should be a certain amount into Case Files before I catch up to Strange/Fake.

Apologies if I've explained myself poorly and any help much appreciated! (Spoiler free please!)

Stremio closes whenever I try to watch a certain stream

I can watch most shows and movies fine but when I try to open this stream (across multiple episodes of the show) stremio loads for ages and then closes. The stream is only 700MB so not particularly big. There's no other stream for this show so I can't pick another stream for it, any advice appreciated!

Does anyone know why Karna is considered to have "never used" the vasavi shakti in Fate?

It's a bit of a niche question and I understand Type Moon changes tons of stuff about Servants through any mix of historical misunderstandings to purposeful creative license, but it stood out to me that they always say Karna's Vasavi Shakti was never used in legend (to the extent that Gilgamesh lacks it in his treasury for this readon).

It's strange because in the Mahabarata (Karna's source material) Karna famously uses it against Bhima's Rakshasa son, Ghatokacha. It's important to the story because it can only be used once before returning to Indra, and forcing him to "waste" it on Ghatokacha stops him from using it against Arjuna, and to my understanding every version of the Mahabarata that includes the spear also includes it's use against Ghatokacha.

I get that there's probably no proper answer to this but I was just wondering if anyone had any insight as to why Type Moon takes this strange direction with the story here, thanks in advance!
