Yes, at that time William/Kate and Harry/Meghan shared comms team.
They knew Meghan was going to be announcing the cookbook for Grenfell victims, this was just months after Meghan was married in. Meghan having a project just months married in didnt look good for Kate, has she didnt have something tagged as Kate's project in comparison.
So Kate had how she was going to fix broken Britain 2 days before Meghan’s Grenfell project was going to be announced.
This was them announcing Kate was going to be doing something about broken Britain but not without a specific idea. Basically an announcement she would be doing something while they try and figure out what to have Kate do since Meghan had the Grenfell cookbook

Invictus Australia and Invictus Foundation are separate organizations.
Each Country that participate in the Invictus Games all have their own version for their own Country, just like Invictus US, Invictus Germany, Invictus Nigeria, Invictus South Korea, Invictus Canada etc. They are the responsible in selecting the veterans that represent their country at the Invictus Games.
Each country Invictus off shoot, is not determined by Invictus Foundation.
