We kicked 3 players this week. We ask that you play all 5 Club League games, but we also know life comes first, just communicate with leadership. We also ask that you donate epics on the weekend. We just made it to Gold 5 in CL a couple weeks ago, so probably not the best team for a brand new player looking for a club.
Before you get angry about all of the good players flooding Gold league, just know that they don't have a choice. Everyone below Challenger automatically gets dumped into Gold league at the end of the season. If you're new to Gold and you can't deal with losing very well, simply take a few days off after the reset to let the majority of higher level teams getout of there. Throwing these screenshots up to show that just barely making Challenger puts me barely above Gold and into Platinum after the reset. If I lose my first game, I'd be in Gold as well. Everyone below 5600 trophies will be in Gold tomorrow, and it's not their fault, that's what Baseball Clash does at monthly reset.

In mobile gaming in general, this is nothing new, most games will add some type of accessory, weapon, minion, or whatever bc the whales will go crazy with it, which is understandable. The players want an advantage and the company wants all the money. The problem comes after they've squeezed all of the money they can out of it. Then they find a new money grab, and the cycle continues until it eventually sucks all of the original fun out of the game. I don't have money to spend on the accessories, but more power to those who do. I don't think it's going to overtake skill. New and free-to-play players are essential for games to survive long term, and anyone who has played for years can tell you they've beaten maxed out teams with weaker teams. If you match up with someone who is actually better than you, you will lose unless you get one of those fixed games that do happen from time to time. Plate discipline and patience still matters. Whales slowly leave, and newer one take their place. New crap to buy will come out. It's a cycle. Don't freak out just yet. The average player hasn't even figured out how equipment works yet.
I just got a Switch 2, and I haven't played these games in ages. If I move them to the SD card before transferring to my Switch 2, are they stuck on my Nintendo account? I'd like to give the OLED to my niece since she'd play it more than I will obviously, but I would like to give her some games on it too.

Today's second game ended with a nice catch. Jake Marisnick went much harder in a blowout win on the same day in 2019. Still waiting on that Stat Cast data.
