If you don't know:

The UTTP is also known as the Utube Troll Police. You can find them since they have a cartoon police officer as their pfp. They claim to stop trolls, but are actually just degenerates. They laugh at videos of dogs being euthanized, will say the n word, and the bigger uttp channels host literal cp rings.
