I’m setting up an AI receptionist for a client through GoHighLevel and ran into an issue with A2P approval. To get SMS texting features working, the number needs to be approved, but my client can’t make changes to his website anymore because he doesn’t have access to it. From what I understand, A2P requires the website to meet certain compliance requirements, so I’m wondering what people do in this situation. Is there any compliant workaround that still allows SMS functionality, or is there another route people typically take with clients who can’t update their websites? Thank you!
