Need recommendations for getting rid of dark circles, or at least the appearance of them. Eye creams, concealers, vitamins, etc.

Hi all! I recently accepted a new job offer with a 1900 billable hour requirement. I start the new job next month, and I’ll be transitioning from insurance defense to a boutique firm.

Something I’ve been struggling with at my current firm is hitting the 1800 hour requirement - most of the tasks I do during the day aren’t considered billable (internal meetings with partners regarding case strategy, internal memos, filing, etc). Though my current job stops sending me work after 5pm/on weekends, I still find myself working during those times to catch up on my hours.

I guess my question is, do you have any billable proof language that you normally use to keep your hours from getting cut from being ‘non billable’? Also, if your billable hour requirement is 1900 or higher, how do you manage your days to meet those hours without getting burnt out/functioning on lack of sleep?
