Does anyone else feel guilty for crying?

I suspect I'm hsp. They always told me in childhood that I'm a crybaby, that my emotions are too much (sadness, anger dang even happiness).

I was bullied in school, it didn't help that I cried all the time.

Do you also feel super guilty, bow in adulthood for crying. It was taken negatively by my former workplaces (I worked restaurant industry and when I tried to "bottle up" any sad or angry feelings they exploded randomly at the end of the day, if my boss saw that they would worry that I can't handle my job. It gave me so much trauma if somebody saw me crying, I cry longer because of shame... It's just so hard and I don't know where to find help... anyone?

Now I work as a nurse which is very good considering I have high empathy. But the fear of being shamed for crying still remains.
