Wanting to find an old thread from DZ.com. The whole forum content seems to have dissapeared like it never existed. No cache from google, no search results, nada.
The sydiveforum mirror also went down ages ago without a trace
Wayback machine is down but not having much hope it's in there. Archive.is only has the front page.
Anyone found any corners of the internet where the content might still be available somehow?
My velo spanks me pretty damn hard at line stretch/bag extraction followed by the usual 25 minute snivel and slider hanging up damn near at the stops. Hard enough that after 3 jumps my neck is sore as f**k and i don't feel like jumping that POS any more
Tried every packing trick under the sun and the difference, if any, is negligible. Also tried a smaller (katana) slider on it and it made no difference whatsoever to the openings. Doubt a PD RDS will help as in terms of fabric amount and grommets position it is somewhere between the OG velo and Katana

Doesn't work:
Snaps or no snaps; stuffing the nose; rolling the nose; wrapping the stabilisers around the nose; stuffing the stabiliser in the slider after stuffing or rolling the nose; doing nothing with the nose; leaving the coccoon open at the mouth; rolling the shit out of that coccoon; quartering the slider like hell; not quartering the slider at all; packing neat; trash packing; praying while packing or dropping a hail mary when throwing the PC.
Anyone went through this sh*t and found something that worked to tame the snatch a fair bit? Custom slider/rds maybe?
I often look for shortcuts by pressing what i think it is (with low success rate as kdenlive ain't the most user friendly) and ctl+z if it wasn't the one.
I keyed, i think, shift+x, and the whole composition in the timeline dissapeared. Ctrl+z has not brought it back.
What did i do, and how can i get it back?
