First bicycle

Got it today on Facebook marketplace for a solid deal of 950$🥱 I know this setup is aggressive my dad that has been riding bikes for the longest told me I might not like it but I actually enjoy it more riding in a aggressive position than on my wife Roubaix

Idk much about bikes I just knew the wheels were very expensive same thing with the frame and the extra parts he put on it and for me the deal was solid everything works no issues on the breaks, wheels aren’t cracked or unbalanced, all I need to replace is the tires which I will do it this week and no soft spots on the frame or cracks!

I think I’m done with the aggressive cut been on it for 3 weeks lost a lot of weight got to 10-9% bodyfat I’m not happy with that but last Sunday I got a heart attack or at least my heart enzymes spiked to the point I passed out and had to stay in the hospital doctor said I crashed my insulin due to the aggressive cut and too much cardio trying to lose weight too quick which worked but I paid a heavy price.. so my question is can I go up to 1700 and slowly increase my calories back to my maintenance which is 3200 due to my 25k steps daily and work out routine

M25 5’11 170 pounds atm I feel like is water weight due to stress before all of this I was at 162.5

Went from 200 pounds to 165.6 in 2 months and didn’t lose no size in arms, legs and chest 😎 yes I measured every 2 weeks to make sure I wasn’t losing my size
