Swimming with a menstrual cup

Whats everyone experience with using a menstrual cup while swimming? I bought one today cause I’m going to a friend’s pool party tomorrow and of course my period decided to start today. I had a feeling it would. My birth control has it coming like every two weeks. Super annoying but anyway I obviously can’t swim if I don’t use a tampon or a cup. Last time I tried a tampon it hurt really bad. I put the cup in and so far i can barely feel it so I’m hoping this is the solution.

Picky eater

My 15m old pretty much refuses to eat anything that is meat. She will spit it out in a heart beat or look at you and say “no!”. All she wants to eat is noddles. Since she want eat meat her iron is starting to drop. Its barely below average but obviously her doctors have already put her on iron drops. I need food ideas that isn't just noodles.

Bedtime

My 15m old has seemed to hit a stage where it's a fight to get her to go to sleep at night and when she does it's for maybe 30 minutes then she wakes up screaming to the top of her lungs till either me or dad come get her. After she wakes up it's a plan out refusal to sleep in the crib. There is a twin bed in the room and if I lay in it with her she will pass out in seconds and sleep all night. As much as I love the cuddles I can't let her get use to sleeping with me. Suggestions?

Dog

We have 4 that constantly itch now that it's hot outside and when I mean constantly it's literally constantly. Are one dog has pulled all of the hair off her tail and back area. Their skin is super red. We give them baths and each time they are covered in fleas badly. Fleas meds aren't killing them. we don't know if it's the fleas, something else or both.

Is it just me or does nothing work for congestion anymore? I have tried Zyrtec, DayQuil, Mucinex, Sudafed. They only thing I can get the work is Benadryl. Unless I'm just allergic to everything that's outside idk what else to try.
