Neopolis Plot 17 back in HMDA auction — what price this time?
Plot 17 (4.59 acres) is apparently being auctioned again, with an upset price of ₹120 Cr/acre (~12% lower than the previous auction price of ₹136.5 Cr/acre).
The plot should have good views of Kokapet Lake, and some units may even get Osman Sagar Lake views.
What do you guys think it will close at this time**?** I’m guessing somewhere b/n 140-155 Cr.
Also, unlikely but interesting thought: could YULA, MSN or Godrej, who own neighbouring plots, participate and acquire Plot 17 to create a larger contiguous land parcel for a bigger project?
They had the opportunity earlier too, so probably unlikely — but strategically, could it make sense?
