I had a MA at 7 weeks and everything went well

I had cramping, bleeding and passed out clots on the first day. Had some pains for 3 days at a specific time but it stopped and the bleeding slowed down significantly for weeks. it stopped for 2 days in week 2 then spotting started again and last night I passed out a tissue-fleshy clot and had some fresh blood come out then the bleeding stopped but this morning I bled again abit like a second day period
