🚨 Megathread – Android Crashes, Partner Event Issues, Suspensions & Communication (July 1st)

It's now been over 24 hours since this issue started.
Some players have managed to fix the crash by installing Android 17 QPR1 Beta 5/6, but this isn't an official solution and it doesn't appear to work for everyone.
Many suspended accounts have now been restored.
However, the Partner Event is still crashing for many players, and we're still waiting for proper communication regarding compensation, a possible event extension, and an official fix.

I'm creating this thread to gather reports from everyone affected by the issues that started yesterday.
There are now countless reports across Reddit and Discord describing the same problems, yet there still hasn't been any official communication explaining the situation.
Reported issues
- Game crashes when entering the Partner Event.
- Crashes after Shutdowns or Railroads.
- Crashes while spinning the Partner Event wheel.
- Some Android devices (especially Pixel 10 running Android 17) appear to be affected much more than others.
- Some players report receiving temporary suspensions after repeatedly trying to reinstall or troubleshoot the game.
- Different players are receiving different answers from Customer Support.
- No estimated timeframe for a fix has been communicated.
- At the time of writing, Support has not been been able to confirm whether affected players will receive any compensation.
Why this is so frustrating
This isn't just a random crash.
The Partner Event is a limited-time event.
Many of us are sitting on thousands of event tokens that we literally cannot spend because the game crashes before we can use them.
Personally, I'm currently sitting on 2,700 event tokens while the event timer continues to count down.
Meanwhile:
- Progress is completely blocked.
- Limited-time rewards are becoming harder—or even impossible—to obtain.
- Our partners are also affected because one player being unable to participate slows down an entire team.
Communication
This is honestly my biggest concern.
Bugs happen. Nobody expects a game to be perfect.
What is disappointing is the lack of communication.
I contacted an official Discord Support Specialist today. They confirmed that they currently have no ETA and couldn't confirm whether any compensation would be provided.
I completely understand that they can only share the information they're given, and this post is not meant to criticize the support staff.
However, when a major issue affects a limited-time event, even a short official statement acknowledging the problem and providing regular updates would go a long way.

It's simply to gather reports in one place, show how widespread the issue is, and hopefully encourage clearer communication from Scopely.
If anyone from Scopely is reading this, please keep the community informed. Even if there's no immediate fix, regular updates would be greatly appreciated.
