Went from overweight to stepping on stage. Judges said I came in too conditioned and it cost me first place. Curious what you all think ?

All black everything. What’s your weekend car?

I’ve always had black cars and trucks, but keeping them clean is basically a full-time job lol

1️⃣ Consistency (most important ABOVE everything)

Even when I didn’t feel like it, I showed up. That’s what made all the difference.

2️⃣ Calorie deficit

Figure out your maintenance, then cut 300–500 cals. Aim for at least 1x bodyweight (g) protein. It keeps you full, protects muscle, and supports metabolism.

3️⃣ Plan & meal prep

Prepping ahead takes away the guesswork. Bulk prep so food’s always ready.

4️⃣ Eat food you love

You don’t have to eat bland food. As long as you’re in a deficit, you can enjoy the foods you love. Use seasonings and low-cal dressings to keep meals tasty and sustainable.

5️⃣ Track your food

Snacks, sauces, and drinks add up fast. Tracking keeps you aware and awareness = progress.

6️⃣ Lift weights

Muscle is key. It keeps you strong, boosts metabolism, and helps you age better. Progress by adding weight, reps, or sets.

7️⃣ Have cheat meals (yes, seriously)

They keep you sane, prevent plateaus, and make this lifestyle sustainable.

8️⃣ Do cardio

Even daily walks help with endurance, recovery, and heart health. Pro tip: only watch your favorite show while doing cardio so you look forward to it.

9️⃣ Take progress pictures

The scale doesn’t tell the full story. Pics keep you motivated when numbers stall.

🔟 Don’t give up. Believe in yourself

Crash diets give quick drops but never last. Focus on long-term habits and lasting health.

💪 Fitness changed my life, I hope it changes yours too. Wherever you are on your journey, keep pushing. You got this!!

After 1 full year of launch, we average around 11-12 customers a month.

Honestly, it’s been humbling.

We created a unique fitness app that acts like a real personal trainer:
Personalized meals, workouts, progress tracking, and guidance, all in one place called Calorii All in One Fitness

With a mission to help make the world a healthier place.
One thing we learned the hard way is how difficult it is to stand out today.

Every week there are new AI-generated apps launching fast, and from the outside, users often can’t tell the difference between something thoughtfully built over years vs something put together in days.

Meanwhile, we spent years refining the experience, improving accuracy, and trying to build something genuinely useful long term.

We also made most features free because we genuinely wanted fitness guidance to be accessible. Only the advanced AI features require a subscription because they cost money to run.
