Just had a guest do an exchange today, two items priced at the same price. She purchased one item with her 5% circle card discount, so she still has a balance afterwards, because that 5% discount basically discounted the item. She asks why, and I explain kindly to her why that is. “Since you purchased this item using your 5% circle card discount, it basically took a certain balance away from that item”. She says “I thought it was equivalent exchange”, so I reiterated myself a bit more clearly. But she still says they’re both the same price. We literally keep going back and forth and I keep trying to explain to her kindly that remaining balance is the 5% discount she had from her purchase. After that I had a line and my desk looked sloppy🥰 I love my job

Covering a break at the service desk, and I get an old guy here to do a return. I greet him and ask how I can help him. He has a "return" (completely destroyed packaging and there's no barcode). Cool. I ask if he has a receipt, he says no. I ask if he has the original payment method, he paid in cash. I ask if he has an ID, he says he forgot it at his house. I say "Unfortunately, I won't be able to perform this return for you, but if you do have an ID, or a receipt, you can make a return!" He says he wants to return this now. Buddy, Buddy. You don't have a receipt, you paid in cash, and you don't have an ID, can't help ya. He leaves and calls me a slur and incompetent at my job? Lol people are such dumbasses.

Is there a way to disable Roblox acting as a app, and revert it back to being a website-based UI? I would prefer using the website.
