I own a.creality Hi printer, and I absolutely push it to its limits, as you check my previous posts. Recently I've been experiencing "Nozzle not heating as expected" error. I believed due to the heat chamber something was wrong with it, all my PID calibrations were fine, I thought I had to buy a replacement, then I realised the connection we're getting loose due to ambient heat, i figured I'd hot glue them, but before that I had a nozzle jam, I thought easy enough would also clean then nozzle, that's where things go down hill, I in my infinite wisdom decided to apply cooler master thermal paste during previous nozzle change, and it slipped through the threads, and became cement, my hotend broke completely un screwing the nozzle, eventually buying a new hotend.
PLEASE DON'T USE CPU THERMAL PASTE IN YOUR 3D PRINTER.
The final nail in the coffin was - I knew you shouldn't apply cpu thermal paste in there.
This time pushing it even further. 80mm OD of these wheels.
Printing with ABS.
The bottom disk of diameter about 8mm, 90° out. Prints perfectly no support. Found this new algorithm.
