I am wondering if the extra 200 em is equal to 30% Er. burst is very consistent on more ER but I am buffing less obviously. Which one is better pls lmk

Which weapon is better
Is it better to have laumas sig on nefer for the em and since she’s the main dmg dealer or should I give nefer r2 dawning frost for the CD even though it’s not r5, then give lauma her sig? pic 3 and 4 are the stats after a rotation

Wrong servers
I play console seige and for the past 2 weeks I have been given the wrong servers. I play on USE-1 and get around 8 ping but for no reason it continuously gives me USE-2 where i have 60 ping and packet loss, delay etc. usually I only get wrong servers when the queue time is long or when it’s not busy hours, but i find matches in like 10 seconds BUT FOR THE WRONG SEREVERS. how do I fix this please.
