I have been trying my best to import a package 21 50ml glass bottles of Gaianotes brand lacquer paint, and the company who is filing the dangerous goods paperwork/packing the paints says I need to prepare documentation for import clearance.
What items do I need, I am just so exhausted and frustrated trying to get these out of Japan for the past several months

Hello I have been trying to get several bottles of hobby paints out of japan and into the USA for a bit, and finally found a company that can give the right dangerous goods labels and documentation for said package.
They said they could handle shipping it to the USA, but I apparently need a forwarder to assist?
