Investing CPF OA with about $30K premium into aia invest easy?
50% into singapore bonds
40% into emerging markets
10% into japan funds
agent mentioned able to beat 2.5% interest rate that cpf is giving and pros is that i can stop anytime.
Just signed yesterday, continue or should I stop?
Intend to purchase a 2 room BTO in 4 years time
With about $70K in CPF OA, would it be wise to invest in POEMS (Amundi index MSCI World Fund) or just continue keeping the money in OA?
I am 30 this year with 100K in cash / investment.

Single without kiddo, no house (staying with parents) , no car. Intend to apply 2 room BTO at 35.
Have been in corporate for 6 years and I am draining mentally already, is at the verge of quitting. But I wouldn't want to find another corporate job.
Thoughts of just doing a relaxing PT but my FIRE goal would be impacted. Currently aim is just to save 500K since I have a relatively simple lifestyle with about $2k fixed expenses. What are your thoughts?
