Any thoughts on Lelit Victoria3 ?
Here is a presentation of the machine from Lelit
the pagaia seems nice to use and the machine is very compact
I am wondering if I can wait until the release (fall 2026) or if I go now with the quick mill pop up.

I drink espresso exclusively.
I mainly use medium to medium-dark roasted beans.
I’d occasionally like to experiment with lighter roasts, but that shouldn’t be the grinder’s main focus.
I enjoy coffees with plenty of body, even if that means sacrificing a bit of flavor separation or clarity.
What would be the best alternative to the Niche Zero, considering it isn’t available in my country (France)?
I’m not opposed to manual grinders, but I’d prefer an electric grinder if it can tick all the boxes.
I’m not a fan of “tea-like” coffees with little body and no crema. That said, I can clearly tell the difference between a burnt Italian-style roast and a more balanced medium roast.
Thank you.
Can I get a thick-bodied espresso from a light roast extraction?
What are the main variables to control? I guess it would be a trade-off with clarity?
Is it possible with a J-Ultra grinder?
Hi !
The new Gaggia Classic UP has a pre-infusion feature which is great, with 3 different water flow settings : low/medium/high.
Does it really work ? or is it useless as for many other espresso machines, with a too low pressure and not enough water flow ?
The idea of pre infusion is to have the full puck wet, and not only the top of it.
Thanks
