I really like this game, but I hope it can become even better

I really enjoy FragPunk, and I think the card system has a lot of potential. But honestly, it’s a little disappointing that the current cards don’t really live up to the “break the rules” idea they were advertised with. I’d love to see more creative cards and combinations in future modes that actually encourage players to experiment and come up with unexpected strategies.

I also think high-rank competitive play and esports could have a lot of potential down the road. Watching really good players figure out card interactions, develop new angles, and combine abilities would be incredibly entertaining, whether it’s in tournaments or just watching streams. That said, I do feel like the competitive scene was pushed a little too quickly at launch.

There are also some smaller things I’d love to see improved: better hit feedback when shooting extra shields, more consistent movement options like permanent sliding, smoother first- and third-person animations, and maybe a more casual long-TTK experience with less emphasis on headshots.

I’m saying all this because I genuinely like the game and want to see it grow. I think FragPunk has a lot of room to become something really special.

FragPunk could have more than just Shard Clash

feel like FragPunk doesn’t have to focus only on Shard Clash.

The card system is such a unique part of the game, and I think it has a lot of potential for a more casual/fun mode where players can really experiment with different combinations.

Something like Delta Force having both Warfare and Operations — two completely different experiences for different types of players.

Keeping Shard Clash as the competitive mode while adding another card-focused mode could make the game even more interesting.

Made a Lancer tier list, feel free to discuss!

I put Axon in D tier because I feel like he's a bit of a trap pick in the current meta. He gives people the impression that his slide mechanics have a really high skill ceiling, but in games like this, I feel like the more a character relies on pure mechanics to work, the more it usually means the character's overall strength is lacking.

Graduated with my Nitro today. 🥹I had this 10cm plush custom-made a while back, and I got her a new outfit for graduation. I love how she turned out.

saw this fps character design that uses traditional chinese architecture elements

just ran across this character design from fragpunk. its pretty neat how they turned traditional chinese architectural structures into armor plates.

kind of hoping this game gets big enough someday that we get actual Lancer figures

every Lancer has such a distinct silhouette and color palette, you could probably recognize half of them from just an outline. that's exactly the kind of design language that deserves real merch. would genuinely buy a shelf of these if they existed. just a small wish from someone who really loves this cast — anyone else have a dream Lancer they'd want as a figure first?
