Tirzepatide versus Cagritutide any thought any one test there rat on this

been on Paxil since my sister died in I started it in 2022 it took a while to metabolize in my system it was a no go on my Gene-site test but since my brother took it and it worked for him. I decided to give it a go and I was I the worst condition I've ever been in, however I worked wonders for me now fast forward to now I'm trying to taper off weight gain very bad no sex drive I cut my 30mg to 15
