Bacteria?
Its obviously not safe to eat so its already disposed of with thoroughly washed and sanitized hands, but I wasn't sure where else to ask if anyone else has come across this or might even know what it is. If theres a better place to post or to learn more specifics please lmk! It smells slightly yeasty, like sourdough starter or kombucha. Texture of the large bubbles are thick and creamy but I did not check the small bubbles. Pinker in some areas than others. This is duck meat, and admittedly several weeks old. I ate some earlier today before I noticed, and it hadnt smelled off at the time.
