mechanic

does anybody know any good mechanics in vegas? i’m from the 89110 area. my check engine light turned on and these are the codes i got. i want a diagnosis before i replace. i’ve gotten told by many ppl it could be a sensor. any recommendations? i’m a girl i don’t want to get scammed 💔
