Anyone else got waitlisted less than 30 seconds, what is even going on anymore atp this is ridiculous this my second term getting waitlisted

Is there a certain time open enrollment happens? I have BIOL223 in my shopping cart and it’s been there for a few weeks now but nothing is showing up when I search.

Hello, I am a 2 year student here at CSN studying for my political science associates. I am this close to earning my degree however I have been stuck trying to find classes for next semester. The classes I need are all PSC but when I tried enrolling on MyCSN, the common issues I have are:

1.) The required classes are not available to enroll in on the search criteria. I want to at least be enrolled in 9 credits minimum for the semester. So three classes

2.) The other issue is the only few classes are Online or a different campus from me. (I attend the NLV campus. I REALLY do not want to enroll in any online classes because they are not for me and I hate remote learning.

I am thinking about speaking to an advisor in the future, if they are still available.

Has anyone taken Brian Wainscott or Marcus Hooker for Bio 189 lecture? Wainscott has more ratings on RMP, and Hooker only has a few, but wondering if anyone here has had either one of them and what your thoughts and experience were.

What should I do if my professor does not post the grades by the end of today? This professor has been late for every single thing for this class. Literally did not post any assignments for 2 weeks, made excuses about how they are going through personal stuff and has not been on top of the syllabus. Now I am worried they will not post grades as well. I need my grades to enroll for my next classes. What would you do?

I’m currently a nursing student starting in the fall and we just got our schedules today. Schedules are assigned to us but we are given the option to swap with someone if they’re willing to as well. I got option 4 but I really wanted option 12 if anybody is willing to switch with me. I wanted to have Thursdays off from school so I could work 😅

There are a few questions for any students in the Nursing program. For clinical, lab, or lecture.

What are the schedules like? Are they all morning shifts? Are there any swing shifts that extend after 5pm? What times do these shifts end?

Please. I am a mother working FT with 2 toddlers & cannot afford daycare, let alone being in class/clinical/lab after 6pm because my husband works at 7pm.

I'm gonna make it work, however I would like to know to start planning ahead.

What can one do to get up ahead in the class before it starts? (Taking it over the summer) Also did anyone have any bad experiences with Andrew Lerwill, like how is he? I saw his rate my professor reviews were good, but seen someone said he most likely makes them himself and expressed that every exam averaged 50-60% within their experience, any advice is appreciated

When is the last day for posted final grade? Im still waiting on 1 class for my final grade.

I am new to the school, and there are so many professors available for this class. Any highly recommended professors? I am taking this class more for personal enrichment than anything, as a supplemental skill to my fashion and graphic design work, so I'm hoping the class will be both challenging and fun. Also, does anyone have any strong opinions on online vs in person classes for this subject? I've never taken an online (college) course.

It was my first semester here at CSN and I’m looking over my unofficial transcripts and I don’t see a grade from my Math 124 class, but all my other classes have grades.

Is this normal? Are professors deadlines later than when students finish classes?

Returning to college after almost 10 years, I always was nervous to take math classes when studying before. I decided to go back this summer, and have enrolled in math 124e/math 24 with Christopher King. Any thoughts or reviews on him?

Also any tips would be greatly appreciated. I will be taking Math 176 in Fall of 2026 as well and have enrolled with Joseph Borromeo if anyone has thoughts on them as well please?

I’m just double checking with yall if you recommend them as teachers that’ll make the summer class smooth or are they just trifling?
