Echo results at 33 weeks pregnant- help?

Can anyone help me better understand the results of my echocardiogram? I am 33 weeks pregnant and don’t have any symptoms. The echo was ordered after incidental findings on a chest CT scan. I have an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow but the anxiety and stress of waiting for all these tests and appointments has already been a lot to handle and I’m hoping for some insight in the meantime. I had been running up until this point, I felt strong and healthy so suddenly facing the potential of heart problems has really caught me off guard. Thank you!

Dilated right pulmonary artery during pregnancy

I had a chest CT scan to rule out pulmonary embolism, this was performed in a huge abundance of caution because I developed a cough after flying to/from Colorado and spending a week at 7500ft altitude at 30 weeks pregnant. It turned out I had just picked up a virus. However the chest CT scan did show that my right pulmonary artery is dilated to 3.6cm which is cause for further investigation. My OB has expressed that this could be due to a combination of factors including pregnancy, virus, and travel to altitude. I also do a decent amount of running (4-5 hours per week) and have continued to run through pregnancy which I understand can cause adaptations in the heart. I know this is a fairly specific situation and I have an appointment scheduled with cardiology in two weeks to have an echocardiogram but I was looking for some reassurance that this could be benign and nothing to worry about it if possible.

Do people ever assume you’re the grandparent instead of parent?

I am 35 years old with a 3-year old and pregnant with my second. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and often go out in athletic clothes but also don’t have a grey hair, lots of wrinkles, prematurely aged skin, and I’m pretty fit… all that to say, I genuinely feel like I look my age. My husband is 40 and has completely grey hair but otherwise doesn’t look older than his actual age. Tonight we were out at a restaurant and a lady walked by our table and said “your grand baby is cute” (referring to our daughter). This is the second time this has happened in public, the first time was at a public park. Is it because my husband has grey hair? Why do people do this? I feel very self conscious but also feel like it’s out of touch with the average age at which people are having babies these days.
