I bought this end grain cutting board and it’s still dry as a bone almost 2 years later despite oiling regularly
I’ve gone through bottles of cutting board oil and mineral oil and my board is still like this at the end of at most 2 days.
Based on my research boards require regular oiling in the beginning but it tapers off as it ages. I never thought I’d have to oil every day even after 2 years. I’m super frustrated.
Any thoughts from the expert as to why this could be?
