Is this 1BHK worth for 24K ?

Hi guys, I’d love to get your honest opinion on this 1BHK. Do you think it’s worth paying 24K for this flat?

I have been searching for a good flat for almost a month now, but haven’t had much luck finding decent options. This one is quite close to Indiranagar as well.

Would you consider it at this price, or do you think I should keep looking?.
