Ive heard so many different reviews on the Hume and as for someone with terrible anxiety about health this band really seems to help with not worrying about health. My vitals are all normal, says I sleep well, gives me a goal to shoot at for steps and all my metabolic stress and strain. Even if this band is all horseshit and these numbers are completely made up, it still makes my health anxiety 10x better
