Hii guys, I'm 21M, I want to apply for PM housing program to get loan and build my house, i don't have a job but my father owns agricultural land from where we get rents annually, which is monthly around 150k. I got 50k from that money every month in my bank account. I still don't have a good statement because I spend all of that money on useless things. Now I really want to build my house, but we don't have a lot of budget. I came to know about PM loan program. My father can't apply for the loan because he's 60+, so I have to apply it on my own name, is anyone here get the loan ?? What's the process

I can easily pay 50-60k EMI
