Has anyone tried these in their pond?

Does anyone know what may be causing this?

I have had this pond for a couple of years and, up til now, I've had algae that I've needed to remove but the water has been pretty clear. Over the last few weeks this white stuff has started appearing on the plants, pots, and stones.

Wondering if I should work on removing it but it is challenging to do so.

Especially thrilled because I have just cleared out an infestation of Elodea crispa and was worried the disturbance may have harmed things.

Google lens says this is bryozoans. Not a great picture I know but, what do you guys think? It’s about 3 cm across (50% bigger than yesterday).

Hello, wondering what this is. My plant ID app isn't helping. They float around in the pond, not at the top but mid-way/near the bottom. I'm in SW England.
