First flight today, need advice on when to land, i’ve been told 3.5v which i did then i plug it into charger and it’s at 3.7v, is it 3.5v under load when flying or 3.5v barley moving? Appreciate any advice!!

Brand new battery, why are the cells resistance so different thought it was supposed to be abit of a closer range?
