BIG Remi Girl Compilation

She's such a cute Moody sweet little honey. And she's definitely gotten insanely sweeter and more tolerant of human BS as she's gotten older. If y'all could send Good Vibes that would be great. She's going to the vet next Tuesday. She hasn't been seemingly feeling well.. and we're hoping it's not kidney issues. Her heart medications can cause it long-term. But she still gets up whenever she feels like it and waddles on her wheel and begs for food while not eating the food she's supposed to lol.

Just some Jesse and Bang

Just a little compilation of my sweet babies. And bang is so easy to give kisses too! He won't lick your face thankfully, but he will lick his nose in between kisses! 💋

His Name was Dirt-Man

I released this guy years ago at this point but when he came to me he was CAKED in red clay so... He had to have a bath!

Baby Bentley Dump

I needed to make room on my phone but I didn't want to delete these. Bentley was so cute when he was little and he's still cute now as an adult. But this is just little snippets and photos of when he was just a little wee man.

The Release of Minna and Geen

I walked the trail for a brisk 30 minutes to give them The privacy that they needed to exit the carrier. But stayed a solid distance back so I could get nice shots of them.

Geen took refuge under all the fallen branches in a pile of buried leaves and Minna sauntered off into the thicket. Good luck babies 💖

Poppy is Pretty in Pink and is Loving Solid Foods

Look at this beautiful girl! She's doing wonderfully! I'm slowly moving her to solids but also letting her ween at her own pace. She is of course spoiled enough to not want the grape skins lmao.

Release of Jaws

He's finally all healed up from the dog attack and he's ready to take on the world! I release all my opossums on a huge nature preserve with a super small And secluded neighborhood in the center. It's like 6 houses that all feed the wildlife and I'm so jealous I don't live there lmao. But even if they are neighborhood opossums they can feel right at home in a WAY safer neighborhood away from cars and dense populations of people.

He was able to munch on his favorite food and will be safe from fleas and ticks for a month!

Ugh Poppy is so cute 😭

She's really been doing so amazing! The only things really left to pink up is her nose, gums, and coaxial area. She poops like an absolute champ and she's gaining actual weight and not just constipation weight lol. I think once she hits 80g I'll put in the small wheel. I have such high hopes that she'll make it!

Thank you again everyone for the well wishes and healing vibes and thoughts! 💕🫂

The Release of Cole and Dole

I wish them luck on their adventures! Today was such a beautiful overcast day that I had to take advantage. Dole decided that climbing a tree was a good idea.. I never feel comfortable with just leaving them up there so I took a nice 30 minute walk down the trail and back only to find her in the same spot. So I did a longer stroll of 45+ minutes back and forth to give her some privacy and finally when I came back she was on the ground and sauntering off. 💖🤘

Poppy Update ✨

Today was a really good day! She started it off by pooping almost 3gs worth of doodoo and proceeded to absolutely gorge herself with milk! I was able to find my oxygen concentrator, hooked her up and that really seemed to give her an edge she her BPM was 70 yesterday at the vet but now it's in the safe range of 120. Shes even been running around in the incubator!

Thank y'all so much for sending her love 💕 and good energy ✨ Im pretty sure that's what gave her what she needed for the mighty BM and great day 🫂

I'm actually so sad that I missed her probably adorably flopping over falling asleep after thoroughly cleaning herself. 🫠

Send Poppy Love and Good Vibes Please

This is Poppy. I've had her since Wednesday and she has been through so much in her little life. She's had a blood transfusion because she's severely anemic APB 8%, hypothermic, currently constipated, am weight fluctuations, and the list go on.

I'm trying to give her the best Fighting Chance to the best of my ability. I am quite exhausted right now. I'm hoping she poops on her own again and I don't have to give her an enema, (she had one earlier today from her vet). I've been giving her subq fluids And trying to encourage her to eat, So I don't have to tube her.

If you could just send her love and healing Vibes that would be great. 💕

Muscle retention during long term fast (30+ days)

So I i beat my record recently and made it to 16days and 20 hours into a long term fast. I want to do much longer but the biggest downside I noticed that deep into my fast was feeling like my muscles were genuinely, deteriorating. Don't get me wrong My current BMI is big back and I was using mostly fat reserves and I lost over 20lbs. But I could tell that a decent amount of the weight lost was probably from my muscles. (I guesstmate less than half mass lost was muscle) And the way I could tell is even though I was shedding pounds I felt weak and my back was KILLING ME.

So I wanted to ask if anyone knew how to do a PFF Or a "Protein Focus Fast." I want to utilize autophagy and have no issues fasting for long periods. But I need to be able to retain muscle while I get this fat off me. My body really can't handle the weight anymore.

So I wanted to see If I could get a consensus on how I would line up this type of fasting/extreme calorie restriction. Should I water fast 3-4 days out of the week and drink a protein shake 125g protein 600kal the other days? (With light/medium exercise x2 weekly, I do yoga a minimum of 3/4 days a week and am decently active thanks to rescuing opossums). I also supplement vitamins and minerals cause I can't afford to be foggy or useless to all my babies.

Any and all opinions/facts/help or whatnot is deeply appreciated.
