I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in ICT around 8 months ago and I’ve been applying through the Ministry of Labour system without much success so far.
I noticed MOL and Tamkeen offers certifications and training in areas like cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, and data analysis. I’m trying to understand whether employers in Bahrain actually value these programs for entry-level ICT jobs.
For people who completed Tamkeen-supported IT courses:
Which programs did you take?
Did they help you get interviews or internships?
Which certifications seem most valued locally?
I thought this could also help other recent ICT graduates who are struggling with the current job market
