I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was a child and I have been prescribed Adderall but I know medication doesn’t cure the real issues. I am in college taking some pretty hard classes and I can not focus in the slightest, I have very bad brain fog and the inability to focus and learn in my science classes especially. I have been following primal diet for a while now and I feel like it has helped but not much. Is there anything specific you guys reccomend? any specific formulas or removing certain things from diet, detoxes, etc. thank you very much!
