My PS2 Slim stopped displaying an image after I used IGR in the game Ben 10: Protector of Earth. The screen went black and didn't return to OPL. So I restarted the console to get back to OPL, but it stopped displaying any image. Sometimes the image returns after leaving the console off for a while, but the problem returns when restarting or turning the console off again. When it manages to display an image, the screen looks like this.

Solutions I've tried, but without permanent success: • Resetting OPL to factory settings • Configuring Matrix without seeing it • Disabling Matrix (holding START while turning on the console) • Disconnecting the Memory Card and MX4SIO • Configuring YPbPr without seeing it

My setup: • PS2 Slim SCPH-90010 with modchip • Matrix Infinity V1.93 chip (it saves settings) • Bitfunx PS1/PS2 HDMI adapter • OPL 1.2.0 Beta 2228 • MX4SIO with Micro SD formatted in exFAT

Has anyone experienced this problem before? How can I solve it? I would really appreciate any help.
