Tier list of strength (updated)
So after listening to some people (and realizing I forgot some battles and characters. Sorry) I updated this list and Im gonna go into more details related to this list
1st thing I did was fix the tier names
The top three: These are the characters that I think are the strongest in the series by far. They are all basically at the same level with some minor differences in power but are leagues ahead the tier below mainly due to experience and the power they had before becoming a Legendary Blader. I should also note for Gingka I'm only taking into account his own strength, skill, and star fragment. I'm not taking into account when he gained the other star fragments or everyone's bey spirit. That was only for the battle against Nemesis
Legendary: These as the name implies are the Legendary Bladers. Just like the top three these bladers are all basically on the same tier of power and skill with only some small differences. We were told in the show that the star fragment's power can be increased/recharged with the blader's bey spirit. So the scaling/ranking is how strong I think each blader increased their star fragments power (Kenta's was already super charged because Ryuga had done that for him)
Challengers: These are the guys that can Challenge the Legendary Bladers. They wouldn't win the fight necessarily but they can push them to the point of using their maximum strength. These are the guys that are at the top of the world ranking of the WBBA
World Class: These guys are just below the challengers as some of the strongest in their countries. These guys can hold their own and are hard as hell to defeat. Taking them down is no easy task. They can also go toe to toe with the Legendary Bladers but unlike the challengers the LB's wouldn't need to push themselves to their max power just to defeat them
Strong: These guys are just strong. They are difficult to defeat but are very much possible to defeat with some good skill. They do have some really hard hitting moves. They shouldn't be underestimated but also shouldn't be over praised. Those on the top line could compete with world class but the difference in power is short enough that I don't think they should be in it
Not weak but not strong: These are bladers that while have some decent skill and strength they are able to be defeated pretty easily. They are able to hold their own against those way farther above them in power but not for long
Literally one battle: These guys had one battle and were done. They are just here for the ride
Not strong: These guys while have some strength and skill they don't have enough to win with just that. They require tricks and traps in order to win (The Garcias aren't here because while they are dirty cheaters and tricksters, they also made it all the way too the B block finals. There is no way they could get all that way soley through tricks and dirty plays. You love too hate em but they do have some skill). They're really just a crack in your shell, crab
Kinda ahh: They just suck at beyblading or don't battle
God of destruction: This is Rago's tier just for himself. He is both ranked higher and lower than everyone. Higher because he's the god of destruction, the final Legendary blader, and the black sun. He is the strongest blader/being in beyblade history. But that power isn't fully his. He has his own star fragment but he also has all the other star fragments from the other Legendary bladers. His power only came from others. So whike he has his own tier of strength but if he didn't have the other fragments he'd probably be in Legendary. Also he belongs near the bottom because he killed Ryuga
Madoka: Madoka gets her own tier for one reason and one reason only. She may not battle but she knows how to analyze moves and data and knows so much about beyblade. If she battled in the show she definitely wouldn't be super strong power wise, but her skills would definitely make for it. She'd probably notice a small scratch/crack in the opponent's fusion wheel and target it to break through their defense. Madoka may not have strength but she definitely has heart
As for how I considered the ranking:
1st reason: The blader's highest point in the series and their over matches against other bladers
2nd reason: How that blader's matches went. Did they just get dogged on or did they push themselves to a breaking point
3rd reason: The blader's skills and abilities
4th reason: The blader's lowest point in the series. When they were at their worst how and what did they do to become better
5th reason: The blader's original strength before the star fragment. I personally saw the star fragment as a boost to the blader's current power (ex: Gingka before Fury had a power level of let's say 750 and then after fury it is 1875)
6th reason: The blader's bey's irl performance (this is the least considered but is taken into account)
