I'm trying to find a movie I watched a few years ago (sometime in the 2010s) about an infection that causes blue vein-like strands to appear on the infected person's body, and then their eyes explode.

I only remember 2 scenes from the movie, but not a lot of them. The first scene took place in a house with 2 guys, one of them had this blue vein infection. They were both watching a PSA or a news report about this infection, showing the effects of what would happen if you had the infection, going from the starting blue veins and ending at the eyes exploding. The background of the set was yellow, with a guy walking past each room with a person with a different stage of the infection.

The second scene, which I remember much less of, took place in a school theater with a teacher and a student, and the teacher has the infection, and her eyes explode, or she just has the infection

I watched this in the 2010s, but before 2019. The movie didn't look too old from what I remember.

I've asked this question in other places, and nobody has gotten it yet. Here are the movies I have ruled out.
