Safe Meals Eating Out

For those of you that need a safe dairy/soy free meal, this is what I’ve found to be safe for me.

- Panera’s strawberry poppyseed salad (the holy grail!!!). I’ve had this 4 times since discovering it was safe and it’s so good and has so much fruit and I just can’t recommend it enough! If anyone finds out that it is actually not safe please don’t share 😂 but even the dressing doesn’t have soybean oil. They even allow you to put your allergens on your order so they can take extra care with it.
Edit to add: I noticed today that paneras at home poppyseed dressing does contain soybean oil but the ingredients menu for the restaurant doesn’t mention it 🥴 hoping that means their restaurants are held to higher standards than their grocery store products but they could possibly be leaving ingredients out from their menu and that would be annoying

- chipotle! Basically everything aside from cheese/sour cream at chipotle is safe. I get a bowl and a tortilla on the side, make a burrito for now and save the rest of the bowl for later.

- five guys without a bun. Kind of expensive for what it is but it scratches my French fries itch

-tropical smoothie for a smoothie

Amazingly all of these places are right by my work and it has made my life a lot easier.

Also note that I am not too concerned about cross contamination. My baby didn’t have a very bad reaction before going dairy/soy free but it has definitely helped her!
