Has anyone else ever had this happen before. Cause I know for a friend of mine sometimes it’ll finish loading but it’ll just take him back to this screen on an endless loop until he would have to delete the app and restart his phone. But no one else we know has this ever had this confirmation

A former employer of mine said:

“ We are still waiting to hear back from ADP. There is no record on your profile in ADP of the cheque being written, so until we hear back from them there is nothing we can do.”

This is regarding a cheque that’s issued to me but it’s just an old cheque that I forgot to deposit. How long does it take for ADP to respond cause I’m in desperate need for that money.
