So I'm going ahead and applying for unemployment even though my boss says they NEVER pay and told me good luck after she reduced my hours for three weeks straight and couldn't make it to work.

So now the unemployment case says I voluntarily quit -No call no show for three days or more. But that's highly untrue and I provided a good cause letter in regards and about phone communication that was done. They didn't offboard until 2/18 but I wasn't able to get to work since 2/5 and had been trying to figure it out hence they would have offboarded me sooner.

It's favorable unless they contest.

What do you guys think??

they have 14 days from 7/2 to contest with proof against my claim.
