What do i need to learn to be an it administrator

I'm a 3rd-year Computer Science student, and I'm starting to realize that I don't really see myself working as a software developer.

I'm more interested in IT Operations / System Administration / Infrastructure — things like troubleshooting computers, managing systems, networks, users, servers, etc.

Right now, my IT knowledge is pretty basic. I know how to do things like basic troubleshooting, rebooting systems, installing an OS, setting up software, and some other basic computer-related tasks, but I know I have a lot to learn.

For those currently working in IT Operations, System Administration, or similar roles:

What should I focus on learning while I'm still in college?

I'm particularly wondering about:

  • Networking / TCP/IP
  • Windows & Linux administration
  • Active Directory
  • PowerShell / Python scripting
  • Cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Cybersecurity
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications

Should I focus on networking and system administration first, or is there something else I should prioritize?

I'd also appreciate advice on what skills would make a CS graduate competitive for an entry-level IT Operations / IT Support / SysAdmin role.

Thanks!
