I hated one month-life spaned private servers and also gameforge servers. Is Metin2SG worth to play?

Hi everyone,

​I’d like to set up a Metin2 server strictly for personal use, so I can play offline by myself and test out some old-school nostalgia.

​Since I won't be hosting this for other players, I’m looking for the simplest and most straightforward way to run it locally on my PC (using VirtualBox/VMware or similar).

​Could anyone point me in the right direction? Specifically:

​What are the best/most stable server files for a simple local setup?

​Are there any beginner-friendly guides or tutorials you’d recommend?
