She’s due back in court in July and will have to wear an ankle monitor. No contact allowed with her daughter but the judge said they will reassess that at her next hearing.
She would have to put down at least 10% to a bail bondsman, so minimum $200,000 in cash. I’m sure her Dad’s will be similar. I wonder if her family has that.

One article states that the feds handed the case over to LA county. The feds have an insanely high conviction rate that they don’t like to risk, so they must feel like this case wasn’t a slam dunk. Will definitely be interesting to see this play out but it sounds like her daughter watched her get arrested. God. Devastating.
