As you may have seen in my recent post the saved, resurrected, and now working g4, I shall also show the other Mac’s that have been saved from Gary, ups the count to 2 Mac pros and a power Mac :p

This was saved from an electronics recycler (yay) now the real question, Sequoia? Maybe even Tahoe? MacOS28 when it comes out? Anyways power Mac g4 😅

Would I be able to set all this up,
I could gain access to a LPFK multi press s, LPFK Minicontac RS and a (this is all the guy knows) LPFK “laser” for it. It is around 6’ tall box. (he has 2) I’m not sure what it is exactly nor do I have any clue how I would even start on this project.

Main questions

1. ⁠How expensive would it be to get started.
2. ⁠Is there any real reason I shouldn’t (will I die if I do smth small wrong)

Backstory

I’m in high school working with my dad for the summer, we work in warehouses and our next door neighbor in the unit is an electronics recycler. He didn’t have space for the pallet that’s listed in the photos so we are fostering it for him/the guy. I could most likely gain access to the “laser” to put the setup together, pretty much what I’m getting at is, should I try to make a custom multi layer pcb because why not, to say I’ve made a pcb all by myself, and to test the machines for him to sell (or maybe keep it this is in anyway worth it)
