Hello! Would greatly appreciate your advice/tips:

I'll be traveling with my husband in mid September, we're in our 30's. We want to have a balance of different features with each island, and enjoy things being lively, dinner with drinks, and vibes overall. Of course, love the beach, too - I think we'll have plenty of that on the other islands.

We are really struggling to decide if we should go to Syros or Sifnos as part of our itinerary. Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated! We are aware of the Gastronomy festival going on in Sifnos.
