I Pre booked my River Indie last week, but still haven't received any updates. I called the agent a few times and he keeps saying the vehicles haven't been delivered and refuses to give me a date. And then I contacted customer care and they keep connecting me to the showroom, where the answer is same. They even keep saying they don't know anything about their production and supply, they don't know when I'll get my scooter delivered. Is this a common issue every customer is facing, or is Kochi, Kerala River India showroom straight up trash. Let me know you guys thoughts?

Going to book my River Indie, today. Any suggestions or tips, on how to save some money or discounts? Also anything else to keep in mind, should I go for additional warranty, road side assistance, and other accessories, apart from phone holder?
